JewelryFlo is software you use through a web browser, so there is no physical delivery and no shipping charge.

What you receive
Access to the JewelryFlo suite for your business, for the plan and period you choose. Login details are sent to the email address or WhatsApp number of the account owner.
When access starts
- A trial account is opened within one working day of your request.
- A paid plan is active as soon as payment is confirmed, and at most one working day later.
Where it can be used
On any phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection and a current web browser. No equipment is supplied or required.
Work carried out for you
Where a plan includes work done by our team, the scope and the dates are agreed with you in writing before the work starts.
If access does not arrive
Write to Contact@Jewelryflo.com or message us from thecontact page. If we cannot give you access within three working days of payment, you can ask for a full refund.
