What is the Founding 100?
The first 100 businesses to join pay the founding price on a yearly plan, and keep that price for as long as their subscription stays active. After the hundredth, the standard price applies to everyone new.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. You get 14 days with your own stock, and no card is asked for. If you pay for a year and change your mind within 30 days, the full amount is refunded.
Do the prices include GST?
No. GST is added on the invoice, and your GSTIN is printed on our tax invoice.
How do I pay?
By UPI, card, net banking or bank transfer. A monthly plan renews each month. A yearly plan is paid once for the year.
When do Growth and Pro open?
Growth opens when the assistant is ready. You can reserve a founding price on it now and move up when it opens. Pro is opened a few seats at a time, from the waitlist.
Can I bring my existing stock in?
Yes. Your stock list is imported from a spreadsheet. If you get stuck, message us and we will help you through it.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer, and can be added to your home screen like an app. An Android app is in development.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your records belong to your business. If you ever leave, ask and we will hand them to you in spreadsheet form.
Can I cancel?
Yes. A monthly plan can be stopped at any time and runs to the end of the month you have paid for. A yearly plan is refunded in full within the first 30 days. See therefund policy for the details.
